he's here for part two of the journey. no one can stop him this time unless some kind of accident happens. if that does happen though, he's pretty sure he has protagonist status going for him that will make him able to proceed against all odds anyways.

he walks ahead, searching for anything that moves. he readies his mightyena to go after the first pokemon they can get their sights on, alongside with a pokeball to catch it with.

the wooper comes into view. kyle gives it a countdown in his head before his mightyena proceeds to strike it down.

the canine strikes, fangs wrapping around the wooper's head. it constricts the dual-type into incapacitation with crunch, though its head wasn't actually crushed by the strong jaws of the bite pokemon. the mightyena then swings it around like a ragdoll.

before it can actually die from asphyxiation, kyle throws a pokeball at the wooper.

kyle collects the pokeball containing the wooper. as he picks it up, the next challenger approaches as soon as he gets back up. kyle motions for his pokemon to deal with it as he prepares another safari ball to capture it.

the mightyena lunges at the bergmite with fire fang. it easily manages to go through its defenses, as much as it tried to defend against the attack. there's also a disparity of levels, but kyle ignores that because this is a stat based site.

kyle throws a pokeball at the bergmite before it actually dies from the jaws of a mightyena.

the arctozolt appears. kyle stares at it for a moment, unsure if it's a pokemon or not at all. he's still getting used to galarian pokemon even though they've been in the region for so long. still, there's only one thing that kyle gets his mightyena to do with all the pokemon they encounter.

the mightyena lunges at the arcozolt with fire fang. it easily manages to go through its defenses, as much as it tried to defend against the attack. there's also a disparity of levels, but kyle ignores that because this is a stat based site.

the trapinch honestly brought memories since he always had one at some point, though he ended up giving those away. he wonders if this one will stay with him. probably not though.

the mightyena attacks the trapinch, much like every other encounter at this point. it changes the element of its fang to an ice fang because it's smart enough to know type advantages. the trapinch freezes because it's a ground-type.

kyle throws a pokeball at the trapinch before it actually dies from the jaws of a mightyena.
